Thanks for your posting, Tim! However, should you consult an attorney, you would discover that you have no private cause of action. Moreover, you would be setting yourself up for an award of attorney's fees against you pursuant to the New Jersey Frivolous Claims Act, N.J.S. 2A:15-59.1.
