"Now I must respond to this untruth,having purchased a $50 ticket on May 9th for this event and being called by the ICBE and told it would be better if I did not attend this party, and I understand a few others in town received a similar message, and having my check shoved down the front of my shirt....I do not think this was an affair for all of Edgewater, it was a political affair, even if the politics where kept to a minimum. Ms Bardanas stated from the council chambers that the funds were to be used to pay for the law suit the ICBE instituted against the town.....think they will return some of the money to the taxpayers who payed the Borough's share?"
The preceding was posted by Neda Rose (se RE; Party Affiliation). Some of you wanted confirmation that the incident at Barnes nd Noble I described actually happened. I believe Councilwoman Rose has done just that, although being a lady, she does not name her assailant. She, however, knows it was done under the auspices of the ICBE. Some party for the town when some citizens aren't welcome, even prominent and well-known citizens. How about it, ICBE. I notice you are all here to toot your own horns. How about an apology to Councilwoman Rose and the rest of us who were made to feel we were not welcome to come to an event supposedly being held for ALL of Edgewater?
