My impression of Edgewater is that it's overpriced and overdeveloped..no wonder the vacancy rate is high. I once thought Edgewater was a yuppie town with mostly white residents but was i wrong. it's just like one of the neighborhoods in Queens. it does have a good view of manhattan but only at night. during daytime the view of manhattan isn't all that pretty with all these old bulinds show sign of their age. the sidewalks are there but not many people walk on the streets. I thought about buying a condo in Edgewater but have decided to buy in Secaucus.
