GWB and terrorism

I have noticed the GWB is lit up every night. Does anyone know why?
I heard the Fort Lee Police found two stolen cars filled with gun powder and are advising hi-rise managers not to allow anyone to park in front of their building.
There is alot of activity on the Hudson, too...Coast Guard, NYPD, State Police...anyone hear of any recent threats?
