Election

First off, I would like to applaud Beth and John for their fair, open minded posts. Neither attacked one another, although they obviously legitamtly differed on their opinions. It seems that inevitably, every election turns into a mud slinging fest. I do not like it when opposing parties start personally attacking each other. Although I personally am backing the Democrats in the upcomming election, I have voted Republican before and do plan to do so in the future if I deem their candidates to be better suited for the job. However, I hold no grudges against the Independents and wish them the best of luck, for we are all entitled to our own opions. I can recall a past election when an Independent Candidate by the name of William Correnti I believe(my apoligies if I have botched up your name), who lost to the Democrats, came to the Democratic Headquaters, shook hands, and congragulated each of the candidates on their victory. That act genuinly impressed me, for it showed that he had class. This is something I believe both sides lack. Two wrongs don't make a right. As for you Mathilde, I feel you are very vindictive in your messages. Your intents may be well, but you have some helluva way of showing it. Good luck to all of the candidates, and may the best people win.
