Basketbal & Tennis Courts @ Park

Does anyone know the deal on the basketball and tennis courts in the park? How does parking work? Are there lights on either? Does anyone actually go out there to play? I haven't seen too many over the summer but it's not like i pay a whole lot of attention when i pass by.

What else is over there?
