Condos for limited income

I am currently living in the guest room of a friend in Edgewater and was very excited to hear about the limited income housing which will be provided by the Habitat for Humanity and Edgewater on Undercliff. Does anybody know how to get one of the properties? I think they said there will be six of them. Any idea what the qualifications are?
