Thanks for listening and getting this done. Hopefully, this will help.

Is there any chance of getting some police attention to (re)inforce the laws for that crosswalk and the no-parking area just south of it? A couple weeks of inforcement, both north- and south-bound, during the morning rush hour could have a significant impact.
