Mayor's Qualification

I have come up with four factors to determine whom to vote. One of the prominent factor is the education of Mayor. I was looking at Mayor Bryan's profile on the net and nowhere sees any mention of his educational qualification. I consider it very important because we are moving to the next millennium. I think all Mayors running for election need to bring this important factor to the attention of voters of Edgewater.

I work in Wall Street and we were discussing this issue on Friday while we were waiting for the bus at Port Authority to come to Edgewater.
