I don't know what would make this person Jack make such a false statement. He might be angry about something.

I own a 2br/2-bath apt in Grand Cove. I go to every co-op board meeting. I know the building superintendant and the board president. If the walls were cracked and the place were sinking, I think I'd be aware of it by now!

Yes, we have a high maintenance! No doubt about that; but otherwise, this is a very, very nice place to live. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. The people are generally pleasant. Many of the apartment layouts are very attractive (we love ours), and selling prices have been climbing.
