Would like to buy in Grand Cove

Hi, were thinking of buying a 2b/2bath apt in Grand cove. Does anyone have any insight on the property. I know their prices have gone up in the past 2 years but is it a stable condo-op?

What are the price averages for an apt. that's 1300 sf in this area.

Also does anyone know what type of land grand cove was built on?
