You are entirely right Nino, and I thank you for your considerate post. It seems that we have come to a point where it is consistently and constantly easier to choose the "low" road, where expletives and unintelligent banter dominate the former loftier pursuits of American greatness, in all levels of government.
But then again, when the VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA thinks that it is OK to use the "f-bomb", as the networks have called his loss of linguistic judgment, how can we stop the snowball effect?
Or maybe it does take the "little people", like you Nino, and me, and other good souls on this board, to speak up and remind others how much more effective it is to converse in a courteous manner. Let us all try not to get caught up in the semantics of "evil" as you so concisely stated, but rather encourage and advocate a gentler and wiser tone of civility. Only then can we move forward to a brighter and firmer future...
