You misunderstood. I agreed with Burr, that this was worth looking into, and deserved a talk with the council..none of us can order a system like this on our own. I also stated that it COULD be problematic, my issue not being only cost, but also safety. To do my job right, all of these things would have to be looked at and considered,before installation.

The article mentioned the cannon, and I just commented on the fact that it was very loud, and was one of the many suggestions, we, the council had rejected guite some time ago.
