Let's say if I accept your logic for a while. Doesn't that mean that we need to hire all uneducated people at all strategic levels where vision framing is required but it's not happening that way. There may be few highly-educated people who may not have vision at all.

Let me ask you - do you follow IPOs? Do you know what were the background of all these CEOs? Just do some research. Also look at the market cap of all these companies.
