I agree with you. I took my five year old a couple of years ago for stitches between her toes. we got there at 7PM and didn't leave until 12:45AM no kidding. We sat in the waiting room for 2 hrs before we were even called to do the paperwork. reception messed up our information twice and had to re-enter everything into the computer. I had to remind the nurse that we were still waiting that's when she went to find a doctor. After all that, the doctor did the wrong stitch according to the doctor who had to remove them. Horrible hospital. I will never, ever go there again. My poor child sat there in pain and was hungry because we were just sitting down to dinner when she injured herself.
