what's with all the anti-ferry literature?

I have received several pieces of literature in the last two days (at the bus stop, etc) telling me to vote no on the ferry resolution. I wonder if there is an anti-ferry party? Who is printing these? Another grass roots organization? I know it can't be the ICBE, since their literature says they now support the ferry. I know the Dems support the ferry. Could it be the Repubs? Anyone ideas?
