Dog run in Veteran's Park

It occurred to me on the bus this morning that one way to get the Council's attention with regard to a borough dog run in Veteran's Park might be to get a letter sent to the Mayor and Council, and signed by several/many of the borough's Veterans.
Just another avenue to consider in making this happen, for the benefit of the entire community.
