You sound like a psychic to me. Election outcome is based on the issue and not on the twist of fate that a person like you think.

First of all, you should have not posted in the public forum like this anything merely based on rumors (as in you own word). If it is rumor then you should have not stretched out the story. That itself speak a lot to me.

Let me add few things here. I personally have attended two council meetings and have not seen what you have described. I wonder how do you the know that Mayor is fatigued by 11:00 p.m. Are you his doctor?
