Wowee! The rental market is tough. We have one of the most fabulous houses in Edgewater for rent. It usually rents the first day, and we get to choose the tenant.
In any case, it is most unusual: One of the highest houses in Edgewater, river views from all rooms, kitchen, dr, lr, two bedrooms, two fireplaces, one gas, one woodburning, a balcony off the dining room and two terraces.
It is very romantic and charming with a panelled living room with a window seat in a bay window overlooking the river and enormous windows in the big (24x24) bedroom.
The rent we have been getting is 2450. We would sell for 375,000. It needs about 30,000 work of work, tops.
