Nice Town, Scabby Neighbors

I've just moved into town, into one of the new high rises on the river. So far I'm very happy with my new town, although most of the private homes look as though they haven't seen a paint brush in ages. Other than that all is swell here on the water front. As for the walk way, I welcome it, as long as the town requires those who use the walk ways purchase permits for a small annual fee. Thus this money could be used to up keep the walk way and clean up after you all. For now, get out there and clean up them eye sores that you call front yards. If not for yourselves, do it for your new neighbors.
