wow...I never hear regular conversations, in fact it can be rather too quiet here at times..how odd. You must be in a different one of the buildings than me. I agree though, I think this building is intended to be a temporary place. There are many couples with baby's here...and I think these couples intend for only a short stay.

But yes, one should always check out all options. I am sure there are many suitable places around.
