Bratty uncontrolled kids-not so! During the week day the pool is very un-crowded and lovely. As for the kids-it's the summer and they are having fun. outside of a few preteen boys jumping on the odd occasion, it's rather quiet and empty.

I can hear my neighbors at times too, but who doesn't in an apartment building?

And it is so convenient with the stores to walk to! This building is so quiet during the day you could hear a pin drop..LOL.
