Noise from Ferry

One of the things that has been mentioned is that the noise from the ferry should not bother the residents of Admiral's Walk should it go into the marina.

I find this very curious. Several years ago my son was in Little League. They had a PA system to announce the kids and such. ONE tenant in Hudson Harbour complained about it and the police would come and make them stop using the PA system. This was at like 6PM.

So, what happens if ONE resident of Admiral's Walk complains? Will they stop the ferry service?
