You are absolutely right about preventative health care. If we were all healthier, health care costs would be so much less. Isn't smoking still the leading cause of health problems? Think about how much less medical care would be needed if smoking was banned. Nicotine is a much more damaging and dangerous drug than cocaine maybe -- why make one illegal and not the one that is maybe the most harmful of all?
