Leaving or staying

I have lived in Edgewater for almost a year now. I lived in Queens for 3yrs and in manhattan for a year. Edgewater is a nice place overall but there are few things I just can't stand:

1.it's hard to buy liquor
2. fire siren which annoys and wakes me up sometims,
3.There needsto me much more take out restaurants, there are not enough!
4.no quick train service

Things i like:
1.people are more friendly and better drivers than NY
2.nice and quiet
3.diversity in a good way
4.Its appoximity to NYC.

When I move out i will buy a home. One bedroom condo in Edgewater goes for around $250,000. Similar sized apt Condo in Manhattan is over $300K. There's not much difference and NYC property tax is about 3 times lower than NJ tax. well it's gonna take me awhile to make a decision.
