Your reesponse illustrates my point. Your anger and hostility toward my hypothesis, is the same anger and hostility taken by the leaders of above mentioned party. (Do not want to mention them by name again.) They and you have become so devensive, so afraid of change that everyone who does not see it your way must be evil, on the take, looking for favors, quid pro quo, etc., etc.
Raul, I am none of the above. I see it differently. I love what has changed in our town from that decaying mess we had in the 1980's. It is not perfect, but it sure is an improvement. Not to improve, or questioning the improvements because you think it should have been done differently are just ridiculous.
Then put your money up, put your investment on the line during that period when the economy and real estate market tanked. What could have been when it is not your investment at risk is unfair. Your group is telling investors what to do with their money and investments; what to rehabilitate; what should go where. Why don't you develop your own investment quartel and then let us lee how quickly you might want some return on your investment.
