Regarding last nights' erroneous flyer. The
variances for the high-rise and/or townhouse
structures on the former ALCOA site were granted
in 1998. The Independent Coalition for a Better
Edgewater was incorporated in late 1999. The
organization which rallied to support the current
structure being built is called the "Friends of
Edgewater". This group consists of approximately 35
residents who live in and are directly affected by
what is being built in their neighborhood.
The accusatory tone and inflammatory MISINFORMATION
of this flyer leaves no doubt why no one would
claim authorship. (Not to mention the intentional
misspelling of names.) IF YOU HAVE ?'s GO DIRECTLY
TO THE SOURCE AND DEMAND ANSWERS...FROM EVERYONE!
All public meetings are listed on this site. Do
your own homework don't let anyone else do it for you.
FIGHT THE POWER ! QUESTION AUTHORITY !
