IMPORTANT NOTICE RE. BOROUGH OF EDGEWATER/CMC “COMMUNITY INFORMATION GUIDE”
Dear EBA members,
I hope you have all had a relaxing, healthy and profitable holiday season and look forward to a great 2003!
I would like to take this opportunity to explain an advertising situation. The Borough of Edgewater has approved a “Community Information Guide” to be published by a company called CMC. Many of you may already have been approached by Dennis Bender who is the salesman for this company. The publication will include a map of the town and to pay for this, local businesses are asked to place advertising in the publication. Mr. Bender had jumped the gun and included my name as endorsing this project.
The Edgewater Business Alliance is not endorsing this publication at this time as we plan to produce our own Business Directory this year. Please make your own decision whether or not to advertise in the CMC publication, keeping in mind that we will be asking for your advertising in our own newsletters and Business Directory in 2003.
