New Development Idea

As we know, the lady who used to live in Mayor Wissel's house has died. That leaves a nice parcel of land at the top of Hilliard. So, how about this: Daibes/Dematrakis/Mark Klein can buy that property and the post office. They can then make offers which can't be refused to the Graf's, Vogel's and the two houses on Columbia which back/abut these properties. Now, we have a *really* nice parcel of land. Wouldn't that be a great space for a 20 story building? I mean, why not? We don't have enough yet in town; we are way behind Fort Lee (a/k/a Manhattan West).
Let's go for it!
