NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS REGARDING ELECTION OF EDGEWATER BUSINESS ALLIANCE TRUSTEES FOR 2003

Three (3) EBA Trustee positions will be up for election this coming January 2003.

A Nominating Committee has been appointed pursuant to the EBA By-Laws, which consists of Steve Gross, Evan Kossoff, and Carmine DeMarco. The Nominating Committee is to propose candidates for election as Trustees by filing a report with the Secretary by Thursday, December 19, 2002.

If you are interested in serving as an EBA Trustee for the coming year, please send a brief statement for the Committee's consideration, setting forth your background and qualifications, via e-mail to nominations@edgewaterbusinessalliance.com or to EBA Nominating Committee, P.O. Box 130, Edgewater, NJ 07020.
