municipal complex?

What do you think of the extra 2 million dollars requested by Nancy Merse for the new municipal building? To be added to the five million already approved. I can't figure out why a number would even be set before they chose a location for this new facility. With the new school renovations requested, the new fire station, and what started out as a new police station now going to be a municpal complex, we are spending an awful lot of money all at the same time. Do you suppose the proposed tax hike of an average of $80.00 a quarter is going to be enough to fund all of this?
