Oxen Hill...Revisited

It's amazing that all the geniuses that have figured out a way to use every available scrap of land in Edgewater, including the land fill in the river, to build tinderbox houses on, including the geniuses that built that four-lane highway that runs through the town, still say that a 100 year old cow path is vital to the survival of the community. Gimme a break! By the way...you guys missed a spot. You could put some "cave condos" in the old railroad tunnel that runs under the cliff! Or, you could float some on the river...or hang a few from baloons...Wow! All those ratables!!! Have you increased the size of your Police and Fire Department to keep up with the population increase?
