Mathilde is one of the smartest people who posts here. She considers things and makes up her mind. I have one thing I want her to consider. Mathilde, just because we didn't have access in the old days, doesn't mean you should lower your expectations. The development of the waterfront was the perfect opportunity to give the community more beautiful space. We deserve it. We pay for it. Let's demand it. Keep up your good work!
