Promenade shopping center

Everyone seems to be complaining about the additional traffic that the ferry will push onto our roadways. I don't hear any complaints about all those shopping centers in this town. It's impossible to drive through town on the weekends. Once the new shopping center opens won't that bring loads of additional people?
