Where to Live in Edgewater

Hi, Moved to edgewater (river club) 7 months ago - love it!! but the river club construction is paper thin - can hear neighbors!! would like to buy a townhouse or condo.... anybody have some thoughts before i see a realtor.. (note - want to stay in edgewater)
