Well, it's late October, the air is crisp and clean, leaves are changing colors...what a great time to walk in a park along the river!

Well we have two problems here in Edgewater. If you walk in our biggest and best Park, whether you walk in the grass or on the path...you will have to navigate around the goose poop.

Or take a walk in our newest soon-to-be park? will be difficult to walk in since it is FILLED WITH BOATS FOR WINTER STORAGE....and has been for the past month. So the question has never really been answered...how do you have both a park and marina when half of the revenues to succesfully run a marina comes from winter storage that takes up most of the available land space?

So no park from October to April? Is that the plan? Is there really any plan?
(please don't say no winter storage or bubbler systems...) Because if you say no winter storage...have you then been upfront with the people of Edgewater as to what the actual operating costs of the marina will be?

This marnia purchase has hit the back burner (except as a ferry stop...which MAY make sense considering the alternatives and costs) and is still an unanswered big white elephant.
