Mayor and Council Closed Session Meetings

Dear Neda:
The information about statements made by the people that we interviewed for a town-wide traffic study were part of a closed session meeting of the Mayor and Council.
While I appreciate your opinions, the information discussed there should be kept there until action is taken and we haven't hired any of the firms yet.
But if you are going to share closed session information, then you should share all the pertinent information. All the firms also agreed that we should be "on line" with our own expert BEFORE the Port Authority finishes their study so we can ask them to collect the additional raw data on River Road that would interest us for a town-wide traffic study and not just the ferry information.
