Why would Mary Hogan and Neda Rose have those expensive sidewalks put on Valley Place? Wouldn't they have had them put in front of thier own homes? More likely, those two women would have had them put somewhere reasonable, somewhere that would enhance our town, instead of a one way street that is avoided by anyone that knows the streets of this town. AND - I said it before and I'll say it again, your taste leaves something to be desired.
