Born 1960 on the corner of Sterling Place and River Road, Alice Shelmans Castle House, attend GWB, moved around Edgewater living on 615 Undercliff Ave and than moving to the other end on 79 Edgewater Place. Attended EVG and than onto Leonia HS Class of 79. Best times hanging out with when I was young with the Rings Brother, John Reagan, JP Ferry and the Sterling place gang!!! Family Festival at Vet Field, Palisades Park, riding bikes up to Fort Lee for a DQ or to Cliffside to come down OX Hill. Undercliff Avenue gang found Bill Jurek, Mike F, Tim Higgins, Menist Brothers, Jim Moore and others always playing or doing something together. Hanging out on a summer Friday night thinking of things to do, building forts the reached the sky's or at least for us they did, if we could have just found that one rusty nail we needed perhaps another foot!!!!LOL Departed Edgewater on 25 June 1979 for duty with the Navy, finishing with a degree in Environmental Science and becoming a Naval Aviator retired in June of 2000. Returned home during 9/11 disaster to take care of mother until she passed away. Got married and now live on 16 Valley Place back in like old Edgewater, amazing how things come fully circle.
